Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Rajlakshmi Creation, we pour our heart into delivering your favorite traditional and designer handwork Suits and Sarees right to your doorstep safely and swiftly. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Processing Time

  • Unstitched Suits & Sarees: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days.

  • Stitched Suits / Custom Orders: Orders that require stitching or alterations require additional time. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing before these items are shipped.

  • Please note: We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or National Holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (India): We offer standard and express shipping options across India. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the destination. (Note: If you offer free shipping over a certain amount, e.g., "Free shipping on orders over ₹2000", you can add that here!)

  • International Shipping: (Optional - remove if you don't ship internationally) We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delivery Timelines Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Within Rajasthan: 2-4 Business Days

  • Rest of India: 5-7 Business Days

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, carrier delays, or festive season rushes.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

5. Undelivered Packages / Incorrect Addresses Please ensure that you provide the complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct PIN code and a working mobile number. Rajlakshmi Creation is not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, reshipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages Every piece tells a story, and we pack your items with the utmost care. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and the product and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at rajlakshmicreation3@gmail.com or call us at 7568307456 so we can resolve the issue.
