Return & Refund Policy

At Rajlakshmi Creation, we take immense pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Before any premium unstitched suit set or saree is shipped, it undergoes a rigorous quality check to ensure it meets our high standards.

However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We have crafted a transparent policy to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivering your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition as you received it.

  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Fabric Integrity: For unstitched suit fabric and saree fabrics, the material must not be cut, stitched, or altered in any way. Once a fabric has been cut from the thaan or stitched, we cannot accept it back.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products bought during a "Sale" or "Clearance" event.

  • Customized or stitched suits (if stitching services were provided).

  • Products with minor color variations (see Section 5 below).

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a defective product or a wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Email].

  • Attach clear photographs or a short video of the defect.

  • Once verified by our team, we will arrange for a reverse pickup and offer a free replacement or a full refund.

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send a request to [Insert Support Email] with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and approve it within 1-2 business days.

  3. Pickup/Self-Ship:

    • Option A: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (subject to pin code availability).

    • Option B: If reverse pickup is unavailable, we may request you to self-ship the item to us via a reliable courier. We will reimburse standard shipping charges (up to ₹100) for self-shipped returns.

5. Important Disclaimer: Color & Handwork

  • Color Variations: We make every effort to display the colors of our premium ethnic fabric accurately. However, due to differences in screen monitors and lighting, there may be a slight variation (5-10%) between the photo and the actual product. Returns based solely on minor color variations will not be accepted.

  • Handcraft Irregularities: Many of our products feature Zari work and hand embroidery. Slight irregularities in the weave or embroidery are a hallmark of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the product:

  • Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details to transfer the refund amount.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after delivery as per the policy above.
